The presiding Pastor of Word of Life Bible Church Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor says service without a personal encounter with God in His vineyard would amount to an exercise in futility at the end of the day.
Pastor Ayo stated this on Saturday in a brief sermon on the occasion of the first ever ordination of minister in the church after 30 years of existence.
Emphasing that it is mostly at the place of service people have personal life transforming encounters with God the presiding pastor of the church situated at the International Gospel Centre in the heart of warri, said the ordination of the ministers took this long following instructions from God.
Some of those ordained as Deacons and Pastors including the President of Rize FM Pastor Tony Mene-Akpata and wife Helen Mene-Akpata who was ordained as assistant Pastor appreciated God and Papa Ayo Oritsejafor for the ordination, noting that it is not an achievement but a call for greater service.
After the administration of the declaration on the appointment by Mama Helen Oritsejafor, the various minister including Pastors, Assistant Pastors, Deacons, Deaconesses, Elders and Gideonites were personally ordained and anointed by Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor.
