The
home-based Super Eagles will leave for Cotonou on Friday ahead of their 2018
African Nations Championship, CHAN, playoffs first leg qualifier against Benin
Republic.
Super
Eagles media officer, Toyin Ibitoye, disclosed this to newsmen today, saying
that the team will travel by road from Lagos after heading down from their
training camp in Kano by air.
The first leg qualifier between
Benin Republic and the home-based Super Eagles is billed for Sunday, August 13th
, while the return leg comes up a week later in Kano.The winners over two legs will qualify for the 2018 CHAN in Kenya.
