Five governors of the south East states of Imo, Anambra, Ebonyi, Abia and Enugu meet
As part of their on-going efforts to build regional economic integration, the five governors of the south East states of Imo, Anambra, Ebonyi, Abia and Enugu met in the Enugu yesterday.
This would be the second time the governors are meeting in one month to discuss issues of common interest.
The State Chief Executives had in their last meeting also in Enugu on August14th, adopted the geometric power plant located in the commercial town of Aba, as a module for regional integration.
They also expressed readiness to build five mega industrial clusters in the five states, among other resolutions.
The governors were in Port Harcourt earlier this week, where they joined their counterparts in the South South to also discuss issues bordering on regional cooperation.
