Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu has called on the Federal Government to assist the state in the area of provision of potable water for the people of the state.
Governor Akeredolu said the state was facing challenges of good drinking water following the moribund state of the dams that supply water to the towns and villages across the state.
The governor, who disclosed this at the 24th regular meeting of the National Council of Water Resources in Akure, urged the Federal Government to come to the aid of the state.
