   Deltans are being called on to engage in actions that will strengthen unity and peaceful co-existence of the people.

   Making the call at the 100th birthday celebration of His Majesty, Ovie Richard Ogbon, Ogoni-Oghoro 1, the Ohworode of Olomu Kingdom, Governor, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowapleaded for continual protection of oil facilities.
   While congratulating the Ogoni-Oghoro 1 for attaining 100 years of age, the governor used the occasion to apologize to traditional rulers of the Urhobo ethnic nationality for whatever misunderstanding that took place during the recent visit of Vice President YemiOsibanjo to the state.
   Meanwhile, Vice President YemiOsibanjo in a goodwill message read by special adviser to President Buhari on Political Matters, Senator BabafemiOjudu, congratulated the King on his birthday, appreciating him for his contributions to the development of his kingdom and the country.
  On his part, the celebrant appreciated God for keeping him thus far.
Reports say people of all walks of life attended the birthday ceremony.
