The Federal Government, has said
negotiation with Boko Haram sect for the release of the remaining missing
Chibok school girls was still ongoing.
The Minister for Information,
Culture and Tourism, Lai Mohammed, disclosed this, yesterday, during a briefing
after conclusion of the one-day intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance,
ISR, operation to the Sambisa Forest in Yola, Adamawa State.
He said the trip to Sambisa was
organised by his ministry for the leaders of the Bring Back Our Girls, BBOG,
group to keep them informed with the ongoing efforts by the military to free
the Chibok schoolgirls and other abductees.
