Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello has given approval for the establishment of a welfare scheme for widows of slain military officials that are indigenes of the State.
He disclosed yesterday at the Armed Forces Remembrance Day Emblem launching in Lokoja, organized by the association of Legionnaries.
Governor Bello at the ceremony called on individuals and corporate organizations to support the scheme.
