Dr Rebecca Isaac Umaru- ''Remember where you are coming from, where you are going and what lies ahead''
Students of College of Education Akwanga, in Nasarawa State, have been admonished to remember where they are coming from, where they are going and what lies ahead of them.
They have also been assured that the management of the College will continue to do everything within its reach to ensure that their stay as students is remarkable, rewarding and successful.
Dr Rebecca Isaac Umaru, Provost of the College, gave the assurance yesterday during the occasion of the 2017 matriculation ceremony of Long Vocation Training, LVT, where three hundred students were matriculated.
According to her, College of Education Akwanga is a place where the fear of God reigns supreme and the management is committed to high moral and academic standards in line with its motto, christened ‘knowledge and service’.
Dr Umaru, commended Governor Tanko Al-makura for his continuous support and contributions to the development of the institution, and the state at large.
She however warned that any student caught violating the rules and regulations of the institution as contained in the student’s handbook, will be shown the way out without hesitation.
