Oby Ezekwesili reacts after Buhari signed ‘Not Too Young To Run bill,’ tell Nigerians what to do in 2019



      A former Minister of Education, Dr. Oby Ezekwesili, has reacted to the Not-Too-Young-To-Run bill signed by President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday.

The former Minister has also advised Nigerians on what to do in the coming election. She said the electorates should demand from the candidates how they will build a new Nigeria beyond oil.


She further advised the youths to make sure their Not-Too-Young-To-Run dream becomes a reality .

In a series of tweets, Ezekwesili said, “Citizens should tell presidential and governorship candidates for 2019 elections to give us their VISIONARY presentation on:

“How I will build a new Nigeria beyond oil.

“All this Sharers of oil revenues should definitely get #RedCards and marched off the Governance field!”


She continued, “Great job, to all you great young Nigerians that COALESCED to achieve the #NotTooYoungToRun Act.

“You just made History & NOW know that you have all the power to birth the #NewNigeriaOfOurDream

“I was delighted to say this to you all at the beginning of your journey. To see how you entirely fought for your dreams and got your #NotTooYoungtoRunAct today, makes everybody exceedingly proud of your historical accomplishment. Keep soaring

“After all the rejoicing, I advise that you all collectively remember that your #NotTooYoungtoRunAct MUST BE ACTIONED to become REALITY & ‘not just another law
