Area of Delta State, Hon Nkechichukura, has empowered people of NDOKWA East Local
Government Area, with millions of NAIRA in collaboration with 05 Initiative
The gifts include start-up business cash
for youths and women of Ndokwa East, as well as food items and cash for the
widows.
The chairman also swore in the three councilors
who won theLocal Government council bye-election in Ndokwa East.
