A Lagos Island Customary Court has dissolved the 17-year-old marriage between a Nollywood actor, Emeka Ike and his wife, Suzanne Emma.
A three-man panel of the court presided by Chief Awos Awisola, today ordered the estranged lovers to go there different ways, saying from all evidences before the court, the marriage between the couple is irreconcilable and is therefore dissolved.
The court, however granted Emeka Ike the custody of the four children, but ordered that their mother should be granted unhindered access to the children.
It also ordered that any party that is dissatisfied with the judgement should appeal within thirty days.
