174 students have graduated at Delta State Vocational Centre during its 9th Graduation ceremony.
Addressing the graduates, Smart Nkem, who represented the Executive Secretary of the Board, congratulated the graduates urging them to be good ambassadors of the institution and put into practice what they have learnt.
He also assured them of the state government’s assistance with starter packs. Similarly, the Director of Training and Programs, Technical and Vocational Education Board Asaba, Goodnews Agbogidi, implored parents, students and staff to be fully involved in promoting the vocational centre.
