Canadian rapper, Drake will take the stage as host of the first ever NBA Awards
holding June 26 in New York.
While there’s no word on whether he
will also perform, Nicki Minaj, his frequent collaborator, has
confirmed she will be performing at the awards.
The award ceremony will feature
categories like Coach of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Defensive Player of the
Year and, of course, the MVP award.
All award winners will be determined
exclusively by fan votes across social media platforms.
