    Maintaining healthy and beautiful teeth is essential if you must keep a smile free look, aside being cautioned to desist from eating sugar, there are other ways in which you can keep  your teeth healthy and beautiful, hence making healthy eating an ideal and essential tip to maintaining a perfect dentition.

You’ve got to consume healthy foods that are of a quality and maintain some consistency with them. Foods such as vegetables, legumes, fruits and nuts which contains anti-oxidants with the capacity to fight inflammation and bacteria in the body are necessary for consumption.others includes:

EAT CALCIUM-RICH FOODS

Calcium aids the development of stronger bones and teeth and it also helps to clean plaques and maintain fresh breath.
