Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State says he is ready to work with opposition parties in the state

   

   Making the statement when he received members of the national Inter-Party Advisory Council and the state chapter of the council on a courtesy visit shortly after the reconciliatory meeting in Asaba, the Governor, who was represented by Festus Ochonogor, assured that dividends of democracy can be delivered to the masses using the Inter-Party Advisory Council.

   In his address, National Secretary of Inter-Party Advisory Council, Sam Eke, said their visit was to intimate him on the success of their reconciliatory meeting.

   The national secretary was accompanied on the visit by the Publicity Secretary, Ogbuehi Dike, the National Financial Secretary, Saidu-Bobboi, the state Chairman of Inter-Party Advisory Council, Frank Igwebuike and various party chairmen of the state.
