Deputy Governor of Edo State urge political leaders in the state to play politics of development

Deputy Governor of Edo State, Philip Shaibu, has urged political leaders in the state to play politics of development and not that of division.

Shaibu, who also commended his boss, Governor Godwin Obaseki, for insisting that ward leaders will henceforth determine who would be commissioners and Specials Advisers in this administration, said the people of the state were craving for development and not disunity.
He spoke when he distributed empowerment materials, as part of his constituency project in his one year as member representing Etsako federal constituency in the House of Representatives, before his election as deputy governor.
Some of the empowerment materials included tricycles, motorcycles, sewing machines and milling machines which were distributed to over 500 persons.
