A Bill aimed at prohibiting forceful entry and illegal occupation of landed properties by Community Development Associations in Edo state, has been sent to the State House of Assembly by Governor Godwin Obaseki.
Speaker of the assembly, Rt. Hon. Justin Okonobor, announced the receipt of the Bill at plenary, saying that the Bill which was accompanied by a letter signed by the governor, came in thirty copies.
He then referred the bill to the Committee on Rules and Business for processing for debate on a later date.
