Plateau United sign news palyers

As Plateau United intensifies efforts to maintain their top spot on the league table when the second round begins on May 2l, the club has confirmed the signing of ex-junior international, Stanley Okoro, Myep Bulus-Ghai, Emmanuel Odafe, Daddy Morris, Clinton Peter and Damian Longmiap.

Media Officer of the Peace Boys, Albert Dakup, in a chat revealed that the new players have been confirmed by the League Management Company and have been training with the rest of the squad for close to two weeks now.
With the new players, the technical crew will be able to correct some of the lapses noticed during the first round, to sustain the club’s aim of picking a continental ticket at the end of the season.
The Jos side were beaten 1-0 by Enugu Rangers last Wednesday in a rescheduled league tie but are still occupying the top spot on the table with 35 points from 19 games.
They will begin the second round on May 21 with a road tie against Katsina United.
