Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, has approved the appointment of Onyemaka Kenneth as the Managing Director of Delta State Signage and Advertisement Agency, DESAA.
According to reports, the appointment letter with immediate effect was signed by the Secretary to State Government, SSG, Hon. Festus Ovie Agas.
The statement said that the Delta State Signage and Advertisement Agency will take charge of the management of signage and outdoor advertisement assets in the state.
