Shooting Stars end Rivers United’s unbeaten run



   Shooting Stars have ended Rivers United’s seven-game unbeaten run in the league, with a 2-1 win in Ibadan.

   The hosts who have not won in four matches, took the lead through Sunday Faleye in the 17th minute, before Lukman Mohammed equalized for the Port Harcourt club.
   3SC sealed all three points, after Jide Apena scored the winning goal with 22 minutes left.
   MFM FC grabbed a 1-0 win at Sunshine Stars, with Stephen Odey grabbing his fifth goal of the season, leaving the club with 13 points.
   Meanwhile, Plateau United was held to a goalless draw by Nasarawa United at the Lafia City Stadium, while FC Ifeanyiubah beat Enugu Rangers 1-0 in the South-East derby in Nnewi.
