The National Drug Law Enforcement
Agency,NDLEA, Gombe State command, has arrested 32 drug suspects with 39.908
kilogrammes of hard drugs and psychotropic substances in the first quarter of
2017.
The NDLEA State Commander in Gombe,
Aliyu Adole, disclosed this to newsmen today
in Gombe. Adole said the suspects were
currently in prison custody.
He
said that NDLEA was making efforts in patrolling the rural and urban
centres of the state in order to reduce the use of hard drugs in the state.
Adole advised the youth to
understand that such drugs were dangerous to their health, as their systems
would gradually have problem, if they continued to take them.
