Super Eagles and CSKA Moscow striker,
Aaron Samuel, will return to action next month after a successful recuperation,
Completesportsnigeria.com reports.
The striker underwent two operations
at a German hospital after he damaged his knee ligaments during the first half
of the Russian Cup final against Zenit St Petersburg last May.
Aaron, who has now been declared fit
to play football again next month, is expected to return to CSKA Moscow’s
pre-season games later in August, having finished the season as runners-up
behind Spartak Moscow as the Russian league ended last weekend.
The Nigeria international signed a
four-and-a-half-year deal which will keep him with the Russian Premier League
club till June 2021.
