The Management of table toppers in the ongoing 2016/2017 Nigeria Professional Football League season, Plateau United Football Club of Jos, has warned that it will not hesitate to sack any player who fails to justify the salary they are earning.

The warning was given by the General Manager of the Club, Pius Henwan, during a brainstorming session between Management, Technical crew and players held yesterday in Jos.
The General Manager who praised the resilience of the team in picking vital points away from home, challenged them to win the outstanding league fixtures against Enugu Rangers and get a triple away match bonus.
Henwan stressed that as the mid-season approaches, efforts are being made to strengthen the team by registering some few players to fortify the team areas of weakness after dropping underperforming and unproductive ones.
Responding, the Captain of the team, Golbe Elisha, appreciated the Management for the various motivation packages put in place this season and called for its sustenance to enable the club attain its objectives of playing continental football next season.
