Following the recent impeachment and
restructuring in principal offices of Delta State House of Assembly, Deputy
Speaker, Rt. Hon. Friday Osanebi, has assured Deltans that the House has never
been more stable.
Osanebi said the reshuffles observed in
the House were party decision which had nothing to do with the House politics.
He also commended the maturity displayed
by members of the House, which he described as being very instrument to the
continuity currently experienced in the house.
Assessing the midterm scorecard of the
state government under Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, the Deputy Speaker urged Deltans
not assess the Governor with the work of his predecessors but to juxtapose it
with the harsh economic reality being experienced and efforts being put in
place for the betterment of the state.
