Philip Shaibu To spearhead Bendel Insurance plot to return to NPFL

    TO ensure that Bendel Insurance FC of Benin regained promotion to the Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL, the Edo Government has promised to provide fans with three coaster buses as they visit Heartland on  Wednesday 28th June,  2017 in match day 19 in Nigeria National League.

   The Edo State Deputy Governor, Philip Shaibu who is going to lead the delegation, disclosed this yesterday  in Benin-City at the club’s training session ahead of the encounter.
   Shaibu said that as a pet project of the state, Governor Godwin Obaseki is committed to supporting the club to book promotion to the NPFL.
He reminded Bendel Insurance players and officials that Heartland is currently topping the league, but urged them to be on top of their game and keep focus.
