The FCT Minister, Malam Muhammad Bello, has approved the rehabilitation of some of the facilities at the FCT National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, Orientation Camp, Kubwa.
The FCT Coordinator Abdulrazak Salawu, confirmed this in an interview with newsmen yesterday in Abuja .
Salawu listed some of the structures to include the camp hall and some hostels, adding that other structures will be affected by the development as the rains was already causing damage to facilities at the camp.
The coordinator said the rehabilitation was timely and necessary with the coming of the rains, stating that the rehabilitation would also help to provide a more conducive environment for corps members for the next orientation course scheduled for May 2017.
Salawu further stated that the minister has also approved the renovation of some of the hostels that were in bad condition, saying that work will commence next week.
